Liability Waiver - This form must be completed before participating in any way.
Lionheart Wrestler Registration - This form must be completed to officially join the club.
USAW Registration - All wrestlers MUST have an active USA Wrestling membership to be covered by club insurance and eligible for tournament entry. A one-year membership costs $50 and is valid from 09/01 to 08/31. This does not go to Lionheart.
TrackWrestling - Register for tournaments, track matches, and create/view wrestler profiles. You will need to make an account here if you want to compete in tournaments. Membership is free.
